Advanced Jiu-Jitsu

Take your training to the next level with advanced techniques, live sparring, and the introduction of No-Gi.

Ready for the Next Level? GB2 Starts Here.

The GB2 Program is designed for students who have built a strong foundation through GB1 and are ready to deepen their skills and push their training further.

With a focus on more advanced techniques, strategic drilling, positional awareness, and live sparring, GB2 offers a more intense and challenging experience – while still maintaining the structure and support Gracie Barra is known for.

This is also where students begin No-Gi training, expanding their understanding of Jiu-Jitsu by adapting techniques without the traditional uniform. No-Gi sessions help improve speed, agility, and grip control, preparing students for a broader range of competition and real-life scenarios.

Eligibility: Students must have at least 3 stripes on a white belt, typically earned after a minimum of 4 months of consistent training.

Class Benefits

GB2 is where many students begin to refine their personal style, explore tactical thinking, and train at a more competitive pace – always in a safe, supportive environment.

Who is eligible for GB2 classes?

White belts with 3 stripes and above and all colored belts.

Yes. Sparring is an essential part of GB2, but partners are always matched based on experience to ensure safety and steady progress.

No-Gi training is Jiu-Jitsu practiced without the traditional Gi (kimono). It sharpens your technique, enhances athleticism, and prepares you for competition or self-defence in real-world situations.
